This is our regular bi-monthly business meeting. We ask interested new folk to connect with an existing member before showing up. If you are new, we’d love to meet you. Use the Contact Us form on this website or send us an email at info@wakinggiant.org and tell us about yourself.
Location: St Peter’s Episcopal Cathedral (basement). Gather several local organizations (10 groups – 2 members from each group) to accomplish these goals: identify and establish better communications channels deepen collaborative actions share pertinent information about government actions and potential responses build trust among participants
A weekly event to stand with protest signs on 3 sides of this intersection. Bring your own sign, or a variety of signs will be provided and you can choose one.
This is a Burma Shave-style demonstration where one sign is meant to lead to the next. The goal is to educate about the 14 characteristics of fascism. How many will you recognize from current news reports? If interested in participating, contact Scott (@S on Waking Giant’s Signal chat).
