0236 hours, Officers responded to the 400 block of E 6th Ave for a report of a male crating a disturbance and yelling for help. Officers located the male and determined he was under the influence of a drug. The male was placed in protective custody and taken to the ER.
0603 hours, an Officer responded to the 900 block of E 6th for a report of a domestic disturbance. Officers met with both parties who had conflicting statements. The case is being forwarded to the City Attorney’s office for review.
0810 hours, an Officer met with a female at the 1100 block of Hauser for a report of a lost or stolen purse.
0958 hours, an Officer responded to the 100 block of N Rodney for a report of a male at adult probation and Parole for a valid arrest warrant. Officers located the 32-year-old helena man and arrested him for the warrant. The male was booked into the LCSO jail.
1049 hours, Officers responded to the 0 block of Terry Ct for a report of a violation or a No Contact Order violation. The suspect was identified and the case is active.
1129 hours, Officers were patrolling the area of the 1800 block of N Roberts. 3 juveniles were observed smoking marijuana. They were cited for Minors in Possession and referred to Municipal Court.
At 1138 hours, Officers responded to the 1200 block of Grant for a report of found drugs. A suspect was identified and the case is active.
At 1159 hours, Officers responded to the 2700 block of Prospect for a report of a shoplift that occurred on a previous date. The suspect was identified and the case is active.
At 1635 hours, officers responded to the 900 block of Leslie for a report of a burglary to a garage.
At 1928 hours, officers responded to the 3300 block of N Montana Ave for a report of a violation of a Restraining Order. The suspect fled the scene but was identified. The case is active.
At 2029 hours, Officers responded to the 2900 block of N Montana Ave for a report of a disorderly customer. Officer located the suspect and identified him. He was found to have valid arrest warrants. The male, a 25-year-old Helena man resisted arrest. He was booked into the LCSO jail for the warrant and Resisting Arrest.
2031 hours, Officers responded to the 2700 block of Prospect for a report of a shoplift in progress. The suspect fled the scene, but was located by Officers nearby. The 47-yeaR-OLD Helena man was cited for Theft and referred to Municipal Court.
At 2343 hours, Officers responded to the 10 block of S Park for a report of a female that appeared impaired. Officers located the female and placed her in Protective Custody. She was taken to the ER.
