Here are some select calls for service the HPD responded to on 12/13/2025:
0101hrs, officers were dispatched to the 500 Block of Fuller for a welfare check. An adult woman was placed into protective custody and transported to the hospital.
1704hrs, officers were dispatched to the 2700 Block of Prospect for a theft. Under investigation.
1748hrs, officers were dispatched to the 2100 Block of 11th Ave for a theft. No suspects or leads.
2015hrs, officers were dispatched to the 3100 Block of Sanders for a disturbance, no arrests were made.
2243hrs, officers were dispatched to the 2900 Block of Sanders for a theft. A juvenile male was cited and released for Theft and Underage Possession of intoxicating substance.
2251hrs, officers on routine patrol located a male wanted for questioning in a case reported the previous week. Investigation led to an adult male being arrested for Kidnapping, Strangulation of a partner of family member (2 counts), Partner Family Member Assault (2nd and 3rd offense) and Criminal Endangerment.
