At 0028 hours, Officers responded to the 400 block of Euclid for a possible domestic disturbance.  Officers located the vehicle that was reported and met with the occupants.  They met with the male driver and noticed signs of impairment.  The driver was tested for DUI and, at the conclusion of the investigation, the 28-year-old Helena man was arrested for Driving While Suspended, DUI, and Open Container.  He was booked into the LCSO jail. 

At 0122 hours, Officers responded to the 100 block of Rodney for a report of a possible overdose.  Officers arrived and provided medical assistance until Paramedics arrived.  They took the subject to the ER. 

At 0516 hours, Officers responded to the 2300 block of Dodge Ave for a report of a runaway juvenile.  The juvenile later returned home. 

At 0752 hours, Officers responded to the 10 block of S Hoback for a report of Identity Theft.   

At 0930 hours, Officers responded to the 2500 block of Tracy for a report of a suicidal female.  She was placed, placed in Protective Custody, and taken to the ER. 

At 1036 hours, Officers responded to the 800 block of Broadway for a report of fraudulent credit card activity. 

At 1112 hours, Officers responded to Municipal Court for a report of a woman there with a valid arrest warrant.  The 42-year-old Helena area woman was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail. 

At 1122 hours, Officers responded to the 2600 block of Mikota Pl for a report of a violation of a Protection order.  The suspect was identified and the case is active. 

At 1223 hours, Officers responded to the 1600 block of Prospect for a report of an intoxicated male consuming alcohol in a vehicle in the parking lot.  Officers located the male in actual physical control of his vehicle.  He demonstrated signs of impairment and was tested for DUI.  At the conclusion of the investigation, the 40-year-old Helena area man was arrested for DUI and booked into the LCSO jail.

At 1333 hours, Officers responded to the 2800 block of Mercer Loop for a report of two stolen rental vehicles.  Video Surveillance was captured and the case is active.    

At 1337 hours, Officers responded to the 800 block of Jackson for a report of a burglary to a residence. 

At 1928 hours, Officers responded to the 2900 block of Prospect for a report of a domestic disturbance.  Officers arrived and met with the involved parties.  At the conclusion of the investigation, it was determined an assault occurred.  A 39-year-old Helena man was arrested for Partner/Family Member Assault.  He was booked into the LCSO jail. 

At 1930 hours, Officers met with a complainant regarding an assault that occurred at the 1400 block of Lyndale earlier in the day.  It was determined an assault occurred.  Officers located the suspect in his residence.  The 39-year-old Helena man was arrested for Partner/Family Member Assault (2nd Offense) and booked into the LCSO jail. 

At 1953 hours, Officers responded to the 1500 block of Broadwater Circle for a report of a female chasing another with a hammer.  Officers arrived and met with the victim.  The suspect fled the scene, but was identified.  The case is active.   

At 2112 hours, Officers responded to the 500 block of Last Chance Gulch for a report of a male punching others in the area.  Officers arrived and located the suspect.  He was detained and identified.  At the conclusion of the investigation, the 38-year-old Stevensville man was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Assault (2 counts), and Open Container.  He was booked into the LCSO jail. 

At 2149 hours, Officers responded to the 2700 block of Prospect for a report of a theft in progress.  The suspects left the scene, but were located in a vehicle nearby.  Officers identified the suspects and the case is active.

At 2359 hours, Officers responded to the 2500 block of S Ridge for a report of a domestic disturbance.  Officers arrived and made entry into the residence based on sounds of distress inside.  Officers located a male and female inside.  Officers attempted to detain the male, but he resisted; he was eventually detained.  It was determined an assault occurred.  At the conclusion of the investigation, the 37-yearold Helena man was arrested for Partner/Family Member Assault, Obstructing a Police Officer, and Resisting Arrest.  He was booked into the LCSO jail.
