At 0822 hours, Officers responded to the 1900 block of 9th Ave for a report of a disorderly female in a business. Officers located the female and attempted to communicate with her. The female was uncooperative and began throwing rocks at Officers. The female was detained and arrested. The 36-year-old Helena area woman was booked into the LCSO jail for Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing a Police Officer, and Assault on an Officer.
At 1011 hours, Officers responded to the 200 block of Pine St for a report of a female in a residence and attempting to steal belongings. Officers arrived and detained the female. At the conclusion of the investigation, the 36-year-old Helena area woman was arrested for Burglary. Additionally, the female was connected to several other burglaries.
At 1054 hours, Officers responded to the 1500 block of Walnut for a report of a theft of a license plate.
At 1106 hours, Officers responded to the 2900 block of Prospect for a report of a burglary to a residence.
At 1145 hours, an Officer was patrolling the area of Fuller and Lawerence. The Officers recognized a pedestrian as having a valid arrest warrant. The 28-year-old Helena man was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail.
At 1117 hours, Officers responded to the 2300 block of Roberts for a report of an assault that occurred. Officers met with the involved parties and learned an altercation occurred about people leaving an apartment. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 36-year-old Helena woman was cited for Assault and referred to Municipal Court.
At 1219 hours, Officers responded to the 3000 block of Sanders for a report of an assault in progress. It was reported a female was assaulting a child in a vehicle. The suspect left prior to Officer arrival and the case is active.
At 1519 hours, Officers responded to the 900 block of Expedition Trail for a report of a mail theft. Video surveillance was captured, and the case is active.
At 1737 hours, Officers responded to the 1400 block of Missoula for a report of a violation of a Protection Order. The suspect fled prior to Officer arrival, but was identified. The case is active.
At 1738 hours, Officers responded to the 1000 block of Last Chance Gulch for a report of gunshots from a parking lot. Witnesses saw people running from the area. Officers located evidence of gunshots, but found the involved parties had left. There were no signs of injuries. Suspect information was gathered, and the case is active.
