At 0753 hours, Officers responded to the 1400 block of Red Alder Loop for a report of privacy in communications.  The case is active. 

At 0908 hours, Officers responded to the 400 block of N Last Chance Gulch for a report of vandalism to a building. 

At 0933 hours, Officers responded to the 1400 block of Cole for a report of criminal mischief to and a theft from a motor vehicle. 

At 0955 hours, Officers responded to the 2700 block of Prospect for a report of a shoplift that occurred on a previous date.  Video surveillance was captured and the case is active. 

At 1227 hours, Officers responded to the 1700 block of Butte for a report of criminal mischief to a residence. 

At 1548 hours, Officers responded to the 2300 block of N Oakes to look for a male with a valid arrest warrant.  The 42-year-old Helena area man was located and arrested.  He was booked into the LCSO jail. 

At 1626 hours, Officers responded to the 900 block of Tara Court for a report of a family disturbance.  It was determined nothing criminal occurred. 

At 1846 hours, Officers responded to the 1600 block of Hudson for a report of a domestic dispute.  Officers met with the involved parties.  It was determined an assault occurred.  At the conclusion of the investigation, a 36-year-old Helena man was arrested for Partner/Family member Assault and Strangulation.  He was booked into the LCSO jail. 

At 1948 hours, Officers responded to the 1500 block of Cleveland for a report of a suicidal female.  She was located, placed in Protective Custody, and taken to the ER.

At 2002 hours, Officers responded to the 1500 block of Broadwater Circle for a report of a dog bite that occurred on a previous date.

At 2038 hours, Officers responded to the 1200 block of Cannon for a report of a dog bite.

At 2053 hours, Officers responded to the 1200 block of Last Chance Gulch for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.  The suspect was identified and the case is active. 

At 2148 hours, Officers responded to the 2000 block of Winne for a report of a 911 call.  Dispatchers could hear a female crying.  Officer arrived and heard a female screaming; nobody would open the door.  Officers forced entry causing a male suspect to flee.  Officers met with the victim and learned an assault occurred.  The suspect was located and arrested for Partner/Family Member Assault, Strangulation, Destruction of a Communication Device, Endangering the welfare of a child (3 counts), Obstructing a Police Officer, and Probation Violation.  He was booked into the LCSO jail.   

At 2206 hours, Officers responded to the 10 block of N Last Chance Gulch for a report of a disorderly male.  The male was located and identified.  He was found to have a valid arrest warrant.  The 46-year-old Helena area man was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail.
