At the conclusion of the investigation, a 36-year-old Helena man was arrested for Partner/Family member Assault and Strangulation. He was booked into the LCSO jail.

At 2148 hours, Officers responded to the 2000 block of Winne for a report of a 911 call. Dispatchers could hear a female crying. Officer arrived and heard a female screaming; nobody would open the door. Officers forced entry causing a male suspect to flee. Officers met with the victim and learned an assault occurred. The suspect was located and arrested for Partner/Family Member Assault, Strangulation, Destruction of a Communication Device, Endangering the welfare of a child (3 counts), Obstructing a Police Officer, and Probation Violation. He was booked into the LCSO jail.
At 2206 hours, Officers responded to the 10 block of N Last Chance Gulch for a report of a disorderly male. The male was located and identified. He was found to have a valid arrest warrant. The 46-year-old Helena area man was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail.
