At 0856 hours, Officers responded to the 10 block of Dunbar for a report of criminal mischief to a mail box.

At 0914 hours, Officers responded to the Law and Justice Center for a report of a female there with a valid arrest warrant.  The 36-year-old Helena area woman was located and arrested for the warrant.  She was booked into the LCSO jail. 

At 0928 hours, Officers responded to the 1200 block of Custer for a report of vandalism to a vehicle.   

At 0957 hours, Officers responded to Adult Probation and Parole for a report of a female in possession of possible dangerous drugs.  The substance was seized and the case is active. 

At 1010 hours, Officers met with a complainant regarding a violation of a restraining order.  At the conclusion of the investigation, the suspect, a 42-year-old Helena man. Was arrested and booked into the LCSO for 2 counts of a Violation of a Restraining Order.     

At 1158 hours, Officers responded to the 1900 block of Nicklaus Ave for a report of harassment.  The suspect was identified and the case is active. 

At 1353 hours, Officers were in the area of Prospect and Fee where they located a male with an active arrest warrant.  The 35-year-old helena man was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail.   

At 1425 hours, Officers responded to the 1500 block of Broadwater Circle for a report of a family disturbance.  It was determined nothing criminal occurred.   

At 1515 hours, Officers responded to the area of Dakota and State St for a report of an aggressive dog at large.  The case is active. 

At 1902 hours, Officers responded to the 2700 block of Prospect for a report of a shoplift that occurred.  Suspect information was provided and the case is active.   

At 2208 hours, an Officer conducted a traffic stop near the area of Elm and Montana Ave.  The female driver was found to have a valid arrest warrant.  The 19-year-old Helena woman was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail. 

At 2335 hours, Officers responded to the 800 block of Amethyst for a report of a noise disturbance.  A male was located in his vehicle and demonstrated signs of impairment.  The male, a juvenile, was tested for DUI.  He was cited for DUI and released to a parent.
