At 0432 hours, Dispatch starting receiving calls from a male repeatedly.  The male swore and screamed at dispatch and didn’t want any particular service.  After some time, Officers responded to his residence at the 400 block of Cat Ave.  the male was cited for Privacy in Communication.  Afterwards, the male continued calling repeatedly.  After over an hour of calling, Officers responded and arrested the 68-year-old Helena man for Privacy in Communications.  He was booked into the LCSO jail.    

At 0728 hours, Officers responded to the 2200 block of Deerfield Ln for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle. 

At 0827 hours, Officers responded to the 1500 block of Walnut for a report of a stolen flatbed trailer.

At 0849 hours, Officers responded to the 10 block of N Benton for a report of a suicidal woman.  Officers met with the woman, placed her in Protective Custody, and took her to the ER. 

At 1055 hours, Officers responded to the 2900 block of Prospect for a report of a suspicious person near an abandoned camper.  Officers met with the person who claimed to be purchasing the camper, but had nothing to corroborate this.  While there, Officers noticed a vehicle parked near the camper.  If was discovered the vehicle was stolen from Yellowstone County.  The male on scene was not connected to the stolen vehicle. The vehicle was towed and the camper was getting towed by the property owner.  

At 1104 hours, Officers responded to the 1700 block of 11th Ave for a found wallet. 

At 1134 hours, Officers responded to the 1500 block of Chestnut for a report of a Restraining Order Violation.  Officers met with the involved parties and were unable to determine if a violation occurred.  The case was referred to the City Prosecutor.    

At 1255 hours, Officers responded to the 3400 block of N Montana for a report of counterfeit money.  A suspect was identified and the case is active. 

At 1328 hours, Officers responded to the 900 block of N Cooke for a report of an assault that occurred.  Officers learned the suspect’s identity and the case is active.

At 1414 hours, Officers responded to the 3000 block of N Montana for a report of counterfeit money.  Video surveillance was captured of the suspect and the case is active. 

At 1445 hours, Officers responded to the 1300 block of Cedar for a report of found property. 

At 1812 hours, Officers responded to the 1400 block of Broadwater Circle for a report of a runaway juvenile.  The juvenile was later located and returned home.  

At 1829 hours Officers responded to the 1000 block of N Rodney for a report of a possible restraining order violation.  The suspect was no longer on scene. 

At 1658 hours, Officers responded to the 400 block of 15th Ave for a report of a family disturbance.  Nothing criminal occurred. 

At 1945 hours, Officers responded to the 600 block of N Montana Ave for a report of a male shoplifter.  He was reported to be outside eating the food he stole.  Officers located the male, who refused to cooperate.  The male was arrested and eventually identified.  The 34-year-old Helena area man was booked into the LCSO jail for Theft and Obstructing a Police Officer.

At 2213 hours, Officers responded to the 300 block of Cruse Ave for a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.  A possible suspect was identified and the case is active. 

At 2327 hours, Officers responded to the 600 block of Helena Ave for a report of a possible domestic disturbance.  Officers located the involved parties and determined nothing criminal occurred.
