At 0243 hours, Officers responded to the 3300 block of N Montana Ave for a report of a group of juveniles fighting.  Upon arrival, Officer observed a vehicle leaving the area.  Officers attempte3d to stop the vehicle, but the driver turned the lights off and attempted to elude the Officer.  The vehicle drove into a neighborhood and crashed into a tree.  Officers located a few juveniles running in the area, but none were the driver.  The driver was identified.  One juvenile male was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was cited for Underage Possession of Alcohol.  He was referred to Municipal Court.  The case is active.    

At 0326 hours, Officers responded to the 400 block of N Last Chance Gulch for a report of a suicidal female that had cut herself.  Officers located the female and placed her in Protective Custody.  She was taken to the ER. 

At 1024 hours, Officers responded to the 1000 block of Logan for a report of a possible assault that occurred.  The suspect fled the scene and the case is active.

At 1046 hours, Officers responded to the 700 block of Orange for a report of a theft of belongings from a motor vehicle.   

At 1111 hours, Officers responded to the 200 block of S Dakota for a report of a jewelry theft.  The case is active.  

At 1247 hours, a School Resource Officer responded to Helena Middle School for a report of two juveniles fighting.  The Officer located them and determined nothing criminal occurred.  

At 1326 hours, Officers responded to the 2000 block of Boulder for a report of fraud.  It was reported by the victim that she paid a rental deposit and it turned out to be a scam.  The case is active.   

At 1532 hours, Officers responded to the 2700 block of Prospect for a report of a shoplifter that was being detained at the business.  Officers responded and verified a theft occurred.  The suspect, a 31-year-old Helena woman, was cited for theft and referred to Municipal Court. 

At 2145 hours, Officers responded to the 700 block of Custer for a report of a disorderly customer.  Officers arrived and advised the male to leave.   

At 2305 hours, Officers responded to the 1500 block of Waukesha for a report of a trespass to property.   

At 2235 hours, Officers responded to the 2800 block of N Montana Ave for a report of a possible DUI.  Officers located the vehicle and made a traffic stop.  The female driver was identified and demonstrated signs of impairment.  She was tested for DUI and, at the conclusion of the investigation, the 28-year-old Helena woman was arrested for DUI.  She was booked into the LCSO jail.
