At 0930 hours, Officers responded to the 900 block of Broadway for a report of criminal mischief to a residence. Broken windows were reported.
At 1255 hours, Officers responded to the 900 block of Rodney for a report of a domestic disturbance that occurred. Officers arrived and determined an assault occurred. At the conclusion of the investigation, a 22-year-old Helena man was arrested for Partner/Family Member Assault and booked into the LCSO jail.
At 1234 hours, Animal Control Officers responded to the 2700 block of Prospect for a report of a dog locked in a hot vehicle. Officers were able to locate the owners and get into the vehicle. The dog was seized and taken to the shelter.
At 1353 hours, Officers met with a complainant at the Law and Justice Center regarding mail that occurred at the 2500 block of Primrose.
At 1609 hours, Officers responded to the 2000 block of Gold Ave for a report of a burglary to a storage unit. The case is active.
At 1745 hours, Officers responded to the 1800 block of Easy St for a report of a dog attacking the other dor. Video surveillance was captured and the case is active.
At 1909 hours, an Officer responded to the 700 block of Darby for a trespass issue. It was determined nothing criminal occurred.
At 1911 hours, Officers responded to the 1000 block of 11th Ave for a possible Burglary to a residence. Officers arrived and located two individuals in the residence. They were identified and it was learned that they had permission to be there. It was further discovered a male that was there was on Probation and in violation of his terms. The 20-year-old Helena man was arrested and booked into the LCSO jail.
At 2117 hours, Officers responded to the 800 block of Oregon for a Privacy in Communications complaint.
At 2052 hours, Officers responded to the 900 block of Kessler for a report of vandalism to a vehicle.
At 2229 hours, Officers responded to the 500 block of Coventry Court for a report of a suicidal man. He was located, placed in protective Custody, and transported to the ER.
